Cozumel Lodging with the distinctive feel of Mexico! Our concept was to create an island oasis that would convey the essence of Colonial style Mexico. We also wanted to offer an alternative to the generic hotel.

Located in the heart of San Miguel Cozumel; Casa Colonial is located in the "Central Zone", which is the 6 square block area that constitutes the center of town. The town square, Ferry dock/water front promenade, shops, restaurants and night time activities are all within walking distance of Casa Colonial.

As a valued guest we will greet you upon your arrival on the island. We will make sure that you get to your villa and are situated. For those of you who are first time visitors; an orientation will be given to you upon your arrival. Upon entering our large privacy gates you will immediately notice a lush garden leading to a large pool and Jacuzzi and a classic cascading Mexican fountain; completely surrounded by several varieties of tropical fruit trees and exotic vegitation.

Another prerequisite was that our accommodations had to represent luxury without the price tag.

In fact, to this day, Casa Colonial is still the only vacation rentals on Cozumel to be featured on "The Price Is Right".

Diving anyone?.....

One of the original reasons that we came to Cozumel was because of the SCUBA diving. We have some of the most spectacular reef systems in all the world. For this reason alone we designed a dive gear rinse tank, rack, and outdoor shower. It is spacious and allows you to take the salt off of your equipment as well as your body before plunging into the pool or Jacuzzi for a relaxing transition from your exploration of our reef system.
