Are  cruise ship passengers welcome at Passion Island?

Absolutely! When sending your reservation request form to us, note your ships name and arrival/departure schedule.

The greeter meets cruise ship passengers Monday Through Saturday.

 

What if my ship is late?

Don’t worry, the greeter is trained to monitor your ships arrival.

 

What if my ship changes course and doesn’t go to Cozumel; will I lose my deposit?

If your ship does not come to Cozumel,

Cozumel Concierge will return your deposit.

 

Is “TWISTER” the boat that takes us to Passion island?

No; Twister is another activity that is not offered by Cozumel Concierge.

Guests are transported from our pickup point via ground transportation and then across the bay on the Passion Island catamaran or motor boat.

 

Is Passion Island open every day?

Passion island is open Monday through Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

 

Is Passion Island an ideal location for Special Events?

Yes! Passion Island has a trained staff and is equipped for special events such as weddings/receptions, commitment lunches, vow renewals, birthdays, family reunions, etc.

Each event is customized for our guests. and special requests are welcome.
